Yoga keeps your body fit, burns excess fat from muscles, helps you keep your weight maintained and balanced, thus helps preventing diseases related to obesity and overweight.
Healthy Eating Habits:
Keep Away from those extra sugar and overly processed food. Eat in small portions six times a day which will help you stay away from cravings and over eating.
Avoid eating late in the night; also avoid overly spicy food to prevent gastrointestinal disease.
Have a proper sleep:
Human being needs average seven to six hours sleep to make their body and mind work properly. Overuse of technology has decreased these hours and indirectly being a cause of all these health problems. Sleep deprivation can result in to anxiety and depression.
Drink Enough Water:
One need to drink at least 6-7 glasses of water in a day , body needs proper fluid amount drinking enough water help body flush out all damaging toxins.
